Raised Access Floors

A Raised Access Floor provides an elevated structural floor above a solid substrate (often a concrete slab) to create a hidden void for the passage of mechanical and electrical services. A Raised Access Floor is comprised of load bearing (removable) floor panels laid in grids supported by pedestals to provide under space for electrical and mechanical systems.

As spaces today are becoming more complex with high volume of custom requirements in Communication Systems, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems, Electrical & Lighting layout, higher demands are being placed on Raised Access Flooring Systems, due to its flexibility & ease of use.
